Connect Your Webhook
After logging in as the Owner, paste your Webhook URL in the Central Webhook field. This is where all scan data from your team will be sent.
Save & Apply to All Staff
Click Save Webhook to activate it. Your staff accounts will automatically inherit the same Owner webhook URL, so no extra setup is needed for each user.
Add Your Staff Users
Create staff accounts directly from the dashboard. Each staff member will have their own login (email + password), and every scan sent to the webhook will include the staff member’s name for clear tracking.

Connect Your Scanner
Plug in your external barcode scanner via USB or pair it using Bluetooth device.
Log In to Your Staff Account
Open the ScanHook app and log in using the email and password provided by your Owner.
Start Scanning Instantly
Once logged in, the app is ready to receive scans hands-free. Every scan will automatically be sent to your Owner’s connected webhook with your staff name included.
